Go there at your own risk. You wont have a piece of mind. I happen to visit the place on Apr end 2013. Just like anyone of us got to know about the place through internet. I stayed there for a month. It was like a hell fire. NO maintanence at all. Room cleaner comes once in 15 days with n number of calls. The guest house opposite to life style begumpet is owned and maintained by a person called vishwanath-9949692200(he is a cheat). The person will talk to you very nicely and he looks decent. Here comes proverb of english "looks can be deceptive". He is a big cheat/liar. He initially asked me to occupy the entire room for 12k. I said thats not what I need. I am ok to share the room. He gave me a room in sharing for 6.5k. Because he has advertised will on internet he gets clients. During my stay there were guys from law schools and from IIM A etc who had come there for their intern. he charged different rent from all. All were cursing him all the time.
