During my visit to Hyderabad with my family in Nov 2008, I stayed at this hotel. The hotel was chosen on the basis of the information provided on their website.
If you are travelling to Hyderabad on holiday or business and are looking for a comfortable stay, customer friendly service, promptness, cleanliness and good service - then please DON’T stay at this hotel.
You will get everything else, except the above.
The information provided on their website was only to attract people/customers. The photos shown on the website under the option "Rooms" were absolutely misleading when we compared with the actual rooms in which we stayed.
The hotel is nicely located on Kachiguda station road and close to the shopping area. That’s the only positive side about it.
They claim to have rooms with air-conditioning and 24-hrs hot and cold water. However, my experience was exactly the opposite.
