“Dirty Toilet seat”

I paid Rs 2000/- for room. All I got is a room with small cockroaches. Toilet seat has paan stains ( Room No. 411) . Go only if all other options are full, as in my case. Towels look and feel old, i did not dare to use the towel, instead I wiped myself clean with a shirt, and left... More

Most terrible experience ! Bell Boy doesnt come before 45 minutes and imagine when will you get your food.Rooms are noisy as 24 hours because of terrible traffic neither the rooms has a class as they mentioned on the website.Room smells bad and when i complained the same at the reception they were like no sir it doesnt smell you... please do try to avoide this hotel...My experience is quite bad in terms of every aspect to live in this hotel. Actually they dont bother to provide guest satisfaction. Rooms are dirty and smelling. No bell boy comes even after several reminders. Poor hotel with terrible quality....

It is a nice budget hotel with well mannered staffs. Market complex, Theatres are near to the hotel. Centrally located at Amer pet.
