We stayed there twice for 1 night each time. Got in late the 1st time but staff were very helpful. Nice big room and very comfortable bed. Absolutely unbelievable pool - definitely worth having a dip!

This is largely a hotel that tourists stay at for a night while in transit to some of the other islands in French Polynesia. Tahiti itself does not seem to be a place where most folks linger. Loved the Manava. It's a smaller hotel with wonderful suites and rooms. While there is no real beach here there is a a beautiful pool that has a make shift beach. Nice clean rooms, decently appointed. The staff are friendly and helpful. Reasonably close to the airport and ferry terminal. Fabulous pool looking out to Moorea and the sunset. Good surf spot directly in front of the hotel and few hundred meters out. Unfortunately the hotel is let down by there food. Particularly the breakfast. So if you can, eat out.

The hotel is very nice and updated, close to airport. The buffet in the hotel is not great for the price, if you have a car your better off going some where else.
