Excellent holiday. Lovely hotel, great staff, good food. Superbly coloured fish to see. Trips over to Cairo for the pyramids highly recommended.Cairo museum, stunning. Also reccomend the long haul trip that is Jerusalem!! All in all I was priveleged to see it all. Would certainly return to Shores Amphora and would not hesitate to reccomend to family and friends.
