Spent a week at this hotel with my 3 sisters. We had a super time. Found all the staff to be really friendly and helpful. One of my sisters was ill during our stay. After reading the reports on here about the hotel i was very doubtfull, when we actually arrived the staff could not have been nicer and the hotel was every thing we wanted. Clean, good food and lovely staff we would definatley visit again we had a lovely holiday. more

This was my second time here came in March it was great,not so good this time,staff are great and make the holiday,I dont know why so many people complain about the food as it is far better than some of the hiltons I have stayed at (hilton long beach) . Cant wait to go back. Hotel lovely, rooms could do with a upgrade but comfortable,clean and the cleaning staff are excellent and friendly. Didnt know you could make so many shapes out of towels lol. After much deliberation we booked 8 nights in the Amarante Garden Palms which subsequently turned out to be a poor decision. If you are after a "no frills- low quality" holiday then this will meet your expectations. hotel was great and clean they never stop cleaning all the staff are friendly they do recycle the plastic cups even the ones with holes in lol the 2 pool bars don't have dishwashers so the cups are hand washed which people were complaining about as this is where they thought their egyption belly was coming from i personally think... more
