As it often (almost always) happens in all hotels, upon arrival we were proposed one of the the worst room of this category, then, after 10min negotiations we were given a better room (118) with nice view over the resort and the sea. The hotel was excellent, good food, clean, excellent situated. No complaints about that! But...all my wifes jewels were stolen after the room was cleanded, and the worst part of it was the staff didn't act at all. I was very disappointed as we had four excellent days, but after this happened, they ignored us completely.....very disappointing!!!! more

Truly fantastic service from start to finish, no need to venture out into sharm if you don't want to.
