Our room was excellent, newly refurbished, all our requests for room type were granted, spotlessly clean, linen changed regularly, towels changed whenever we wanted them. El Gouna itself is awesome and this hotel was great, too. Sure beats many 5* hotels in Hurghada, which is 40 km south of El Gouna. Beach is a little drive, but shuttles are provided, pools are very nice and the terrace next to the water is just wonderful for meals or relaxing in the evening. Visited 09/08 More
