Checked in on Sunday about 12:30 and the line was very long and over an hours wait. Spoke to personnel and bell people, this is common and happens everyday. In the afternoon the line was back to the entrance and I counted over 95 people waiting for only 2 reservations clerks. Lines were long all day until after 6:30 P.M.... more

Seen much worse hotels, but have a few suggested improvements. Bedding, carpets and pink walls with gold fixtures could use an update, as well as toilet. Weird marks on bedskirts and end tabe cloths.
