Within walking distance of the beach, airport and port. Stayed here 2 nights either side of trip to providencia island. Stayed in a private double which was nice and spacious, staff were helpful and informative.

The only reason to stay at this hostel is that it is the only one on the island. Everything else about my stay here was terrible! There were no decent communal areas, there are toilets in each room which stink, the staff were friendly but very slow and often unhelpful, the manager was rude, dismissive and incompetent. I encountered more... More

at an overrated island. When the cheapest accommodation in the island costs you more than 50 dollars per night, el viajero offers that for only 20 US$. Staff is very helpful 24/7 and try to assist you even if you don't speak spanish at all. Breakfast is the best free offered in Colombia, prices on excursions and trips they organise... More

This is one of the few hostel in the island, but has european prices! the island itself is overtouristed and pricy! you need to book in advance to get the good prices, they handle you a magnetic to let others know your bed is occupied! there's one toilet in each room which you share with other travelers! the rooms have... I've been in the hostel in October 2012. The room was big, with A/C, which is vital to get some sleep there, private bathroom, a nice LCD with Cable TV, safe. THERE IS NO HOT WATER in the hostel, so be aware of that. The hostel has a nice kitchen that is almost all the time empty. The breakfast is... More

We stayed here in a private double ensuite room. Room: very spacious, good A/C, TV, wardrobe and locker. No minibar but you could buy drinks at the front desk. Windows are a bit noisy when the wheather is windy. Bathroom: soap was provided once but no shampoo; no hygienic shower, no hot water in the shower, curtains, no bath mat,... More

I've been to this hostel in February 2012. The team was great, very funny and helpful. The hostel is near everything, Private room are clean. Breafast are ok. I really enjoyed it. If you're a backbacker, you will really like it. The beach is very close.

I was there with a friend of mine in December 2011. So not everything was already done at that time. But the rooms were really clean with comfortable beds and with an integrated bathroom. The bar at the roof was just awesome and the barkeeper was so friendly despite he couldn´t speak more than a few words in English. But he... More

I don't guess it is a bad hostel experience but it is definitely not a good hotel experience. I would only stay there again if I was broke or it was my only option. Our bed kept falling down because the slates were too short. The breakfast is cereal and bread. There is a lot of noise and I found... More

The rooms are clean and have everything you need, even a TV for rainy days. The shower is cold, like everywhere on the island, you just have to get used to it. The beds were good, and the A/C worked and was surprisingly quiet. The rooms are cleaned daily and the breakfast was decent with sweet bread, cornflakes, coffe and... More
