A cheap and nice place on San Andres that I found by coincidence while travelling to San Andres in june! A house in a quiet and safe residential area. Clean basic rooms, a kitchen and common living room. It was the first hostel on the island and the owner couple are backpackers themselves. They know everything going on on the...

On the island of San Andres, filled with big hotels and pricey resorts this hostel is a real gem! The owners are especially nice people that go out of their way to make you feel at home. A really good choice for San Andres, if you like to have a real experience of the place. A converted house, in a residential area, but only 15' minutes walk from the main Beach, this hostels offers the best of all worlds. Genuine San Andres Experience, but also close enough to whatever may be attractive in the island. Juan and...

Only three rooms in this house all have a gaps over the door. So you hear everything that is happening in the hostel. People and vistors come and go all night having a party with little respect for others. Ciggy smoke enters your room due to the large gap over the doors.
As does the sounds of bodily fuctions from...
