I stayed here in September only for one night. Have I only known the place before I would've stayed even more nights in there. The Front desk personnel was extraordinary and the room was just very nice. The layout and the furniture were very nice. No need to say the view, it was awesome as I got the top floor.... More

Just returned from a week in Medellin. Love the city! The hotel was very nice, modern and good location. Staff was very helpful. I would have liked an iron in the room. Breakfast could have been better. But was ok.

Staff was friendly but the room I got was terrible right at the corner but the noise was unbearable. Had it changed to the rear of the hotel and was charged double compared to what was quoted. Buffet breakfast was terrible and not enough food. Was told over the phone that it wws 10 minutes walking distance from the mall.... More
