I really don't know what some people expect for their money but I can tell that I've been very positively surprised for what I got for my money. The hotel is just stunning, beautiful, magic... The Agua is not a B&B. It is a very stylish, beautiful boutique hotel in a stunning colonnial house. I believe it was one of the first boutique hotels in Cartagena and with few rooms it doesn't have to fight for custom....which is its main problem. It is far too expensive. The place it's absolutelly beautiful, it's a nice colonial house, with a great pool on the roof. The rooms are very big and neat, and the breakfast is delicious (make sure you get hungry after 8 am, because that's when they start serving breakfast !!!) However you are paying almost US$400 for a hotel in Colombia!!!! give me a break!... more

Though it's called Agua Bed and breakfast this lovely boutique hotel is as luxurous as it can be. It has 7 rooms, and a lovely terrace with a smal swimming pool and beautiful sight seeings.
