For a high end hotel, I found the service to be lacking. The employees did not have the usual hospitality type of attitude you find in nice hotels. Relaxing romantic hotel in the Old City of Cartagena. Anything and everything you want or need from restaurants, shopping and entertainment is within the walls of the old city. The streets are filled with history that allows you to step back in time. The rooftop pool over looks the entire city. A place to remember.

Spacious room-we got a Jr. Suite. Large room. Quiet mostly. Decent internet. A few power outages but all brief. Lovely breakfast with excellent service all around. Convenient location within the wall and walking distance to all Cartagena has to offer.
