Stopped for lunch during a shopping excursion on a cruise. We chose a table in a beautiful outdoor garden complete with visiting Toucan. Great salads and I enjoyed a local beer.Friendly and courteous wait staff.

This lovely historical place, contains an impecable hotel, that makes you feel so comfortable amidts excellent service, pleasant smiles and prompt service. The rooms are very good, the food nice, and Cartagena lovely. If you are a sea lover, you can see it, but have to move in order to get into it. A real pleasure beign there.

We booked the hotel after gettong a deal on Tablet, but it was still fairly expensive. The hotel definitely lived up to its billing though. I stayed here because of a conference I was attending. Everything was very good, and the hotel is well located in the historic centre of Cartagena. A must see are the Tucans that lived there .. they usually appears to your side while you are having lunch ... very prettty and different!

This is the best place to be in Cartagena, the rooms are gorgeous and the staff is the best!! and if You are planning a wedding destination don’t hesitate my wedding was gorgeous

The Sofitel in Cartagena is a truly remarkable property. Rooms are spacious, all overlooking the pool and sea. Great location with amazing staff. Would definitely recommend it.

Although the door card had to replaced daily, :-), the overall experience was lovely for four days at the hotel. Excellent room and bathroom with a view of the sea was super, perfect internet for three devices simultaneously.
