When in Cartagena for sure you will want to walk along the city wall from the Plaza de la Aduana (clockwise) and find your way to the Las Bovedas area where the best arts and craft vendors are located.
That is delightful walk (couple of hours strolling along) and then you might want to sit down for a relaxing drink....
