I wish I could have stayed at Casa Claver for more than 2 nights. The location is perfect - everything is in walking distance in Cartagena. The room is huge (kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, laundry room) - I wish I could have moved in.

Casa Claver was a marvelous hotel to stay at.
For a few weeks, we were debating where to stay when we got to Cartagena. We finally settled on this hotel which offered more than enough for the price we were looking for of 200-300 USD a night. We were there for four days total and enjoyed every minute of it....

My husband and I stayed here for 1 week and had a brilliant time.Rooms are spacious and very comfortable and kept very clean. The roof top pool was our favorite place where we spend most of the time.
Room service breakfast was served by Vivian and Martha from the staff with no additional cost and Camille, the hotel manager booked...

Casa Claver was recommended to us by a friend for our stay in Cartagena while on our honeymoon, and it was absolutely PERFECT! Camila is one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet, and is extremely helpful with anything that her guests need. English-speakers traveling to Colombia, it's a rare treat to have an English speaking person helping you with...

We arrived into Cartagena very late in the evening so there was no one at the front desk when we got to the hotel. A very nice man let us in and after telling him we had a reservation, we were then escorted to our room (more like apartment). The room was spectacular! A foyer / eating area, full kitchen,...

Unforgivable. The lady who runs this place stalled us for weeks when we wanted to sign a contract, then a MONTH BEFORE OUR WEDDING informed us that the rooms we had wanted for our party of 22 were no longer available because someone else had booked online. If not for another amazing house that opened up like a miracle -...

This hotel is more like a huge house with huge rooms for short term rent. The rooms are done nicely with a rustic feel and the patio is delightful early evening accompanied with a glass of wine. This hotel is ideal because it is close to the centre of the antique city and is on one of the streets that...

We felt like we were staying with rich friends rather than at a hotel. The building architecture was really interesting, especially the first floor and rooftop deck. The rooms are fantastic - marble showers, large, modern, clean, well decorated. There are two small pools (one downstairs in the courtyard and one on the roof.) The staff cooks delicious breakfast, keeps...

I recently travelled to Cartagena with three girlfriends and stayed for almost a week at Hotel Casa Claver.
The hotel was just as beautiful as pictured on the website, and the location could not be more ideal for all the major sights and restaurants within the walled city. Our loft was quite roomy, and had very chic decorations but our...

Stayed in loft #301 on a girls trip with three friends. Casa Claver arranged our transport from the airport, as well as helped us make dinner reservations and arranged a volcano trip for us during our stay. We don't speak much Spanish; however Maria speaks perfect English and was very helpful.
Our loft was spacious and beautifully designed. Very comfortable....
