Visited Cartagena in March 2012. Spent one night at Hotel Lee. We found it very affordable and clean. The staff spoke some English and treated us very well. Breakfast was included in the reasonable price. Location was great. Nice views from the roof top pool area. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Cartagena!
