Delirio looked modern and chic on the website, but when we got there it was nothing special. The mattress was rock hard, sheets were rough quality, and the roof was not like the photos. It seemed a little run down, and as if those pictures were from the day the place opened. The service was very good though.

Cartagena + your significant other = Amazing time!! Pros: Excellent service. Awesome rooftop. Great FREE breakfast! Good AC (though it sounded like a fish tank lol). Rooms well separated. Cons: Bed was OK, kinda hard. Rooms were OK, kinda small.

Excellent level of service from all the staff. Each person was warm and polite in every interaction. Wifi worked well. Room was quiet and comfortable. Enjoyed the roof terrace and breakfast was delightful. I would stay again for sure.

Poor service amd small room. Did not enjoy stay and won't be going back. Disappointing to say the least.
