No much to comment regarding this place. It is probably enougth to mention that this is 100% another Four Points hotel but in Cali. Excellent attention, nice environment, good infraestructure and lovely food!

I was ripped off. I arrived well into the morning I was in my room at 2 am and after calling and speaking to reception prior to my arrival they charged me for the previos day. Good hotel location in center of Cali, the Four Seasons is a more business oriented property. Comparable to Courtyard by Marriott, this hotel was obviously designed for business travelers, not so much vacationers. The room on the 6th floor was dirty and smelly, the furniture was old and the mattress was like sleeping in a hammock. The restaurant's menu is down right strange..(weird interpetations of common staples) I had to room service becuase there is nothing nearby. Not impressive by any standards..choose another hotel.
