The very regular attention, very little of the guest service staff inexperienced and poor location. This hotel is 'Good', meaning better than average, but not quite 'Very Good'. There is no rating for that. They have all the amenities of a nice luxury hotel. Rooms are smallish but modern and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool area was small but surprisingly nice. Had a great stay here visiting friends who live walking distance nearby. Neighborhood on weekend nights was loud but I was out so not an issue for me. I would return again
