Decoration is old Using the swimming pool and SPA from Sheraton Hotel which is behind Portman Breakfast is some western style but acceptable Friendly staff but english speaking staff is not too much

Stayed at this property for 2 nights while on business in Ningbo China. Staff was very helpful and friendly although limited English (but my Chinese is nonexistent).
