Everything is great except that the wired Internet connection didn't work in my room, told the reception at the morning and they promised to check. We enjoyed our stay in InterContinental Chengdu. The hotel property is beautiful and everything is in great condition and exceptionally clean.The lobby design was very nice.Breakfast was in the Cafe in the main lobby. A beautiful location and lots of food choices. . We just stayed one night. We went to visit the Panda research Center and enjoyed that tremendously.

“Best Hotel in ChengDu”

Very high standards (especially considering that we are in China). Rooms are spacious and cleaned, fully equipped. Staff is efficient and kind, also not very common in China. I haven't tried any food there, so cannot guarantee about its quality.

I stayed at this Hotel along with a tourism industrry delegation of 100+ from Australia in March. The hotel also hosted 100+ travel industrry delegates from all parts of China at the same function, over three days of workshops held in the Hotel's function rooms. We had reserved 3 non-smoking kings and were given three smoking rooms in which they had sprayed air freshener and then placed electric incense burners to cover the odor.
