Wonderful hotel, well located. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, clean and well planned out. The breakfast has a wide range of foods and caters to all kinds of tastes. The only weird thing is that they don't replenish your shower gel or shampoo unless you ask for it. I stayed for 5 nights and had to request additional toiletries twice!... More

The great location of this hotel was important to me. In typical good quality 'Chinese' style, the staff go to great lengths to make your stay efficient, the hotel is extremely well appointed and attractive decor. You will not be disappointed - the executive levels are great for that 'little bit extra'.

The Shangri-La is a classic top tier hotel. the staff are friendly, the rooms are very clean and comfortable and the food is excellent. If you are looking for an oasis to slow down at, this is the place. Very convient to local shops, resturants and sights. highly recomend.

A very pleasant hotel in the old Down Town and right by the river (I say the old down town as a massive new business district is being constructed to the south in Tienfu).
