Hotel is situated in a tranquil area with some superb views. Rooms are clean and spacious. However, Hotel was lacking in facilities and personality. No room service appeared to be available - phone just kept ringing. No safety deposit available(!) No Gym available etc Some staff, particularly at reception, were not very helpful and at times came across as hostile.... More
