Although it claims to be a five star hotel, it is hard to see it fitting into that category. While check in and out is very efficient, that is about the start and the end of the hotel's charms. This is a very elegant hotel, everything well-kept, kind of a boutique-style hotel. Artfully lightning in the hallways and rooms, comfortable and large bathrooms. Located near Zhongshan Square, a convenience store just in the next street. Checkin and checkout was fast. I had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, food was ok. I definitely would go there again. more

Good hotel , nice city, fast internet connection, good TV programme, good for business purpose only. Nominal rate good food good environment only problem is there is no help to trasfer the luggage from the reception to your room and back more

Lost a cellphone there, but found a discarded wallet in the ballroom toilet. Hotel manager can do NOTHING about it. Will never go there again ever!! more
