Stayed here on business for 5 days in August 2012. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to to an outdoor market, food and shopping. Spent 4 days here. Staff is very polite and try to please. Some of the staff spoke a bit of English, but we found it difficult to communicate with most. Rooms are clean. Bed horrible, like sleeping on a floor. Although there was plenty of food put out for all meals, found it mediocre at best. OK for a night... More

Stayed here on business recently for 3 days - the hotel is very comfortable, service is great and the staff all speak a good standard of english. Food is very international for breakfast (did not try dinner) - club lounge is ok but mediocre. Would definitely use the Nikko again when I'm in town.

Very comfortable hotel with Japanese service, large bed, good location, abundance breakfast, and the smile is so nice of all the staff. A good place to be is Flensburger Restaurant to drink beer of Germany. There is shadowboxing performance in lobby on the morning.
