I stayed here for a couple of nights in February. I did not have any need for much luxury; only a bed and internet (it was free via network cable). Breakfast was not Western type, only chinese with chop sticks, some boiled eggs and coffee. Bare minimum. Within walking distance to everything in the centre of the city.

No parking outside for taxis. This may change in the future however as there seemed to be a lot of work going on in the outside vicinity. It would be good if drop-off parking was available, especially if you were travelling with a number of suitcases.
