This is the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to China. Best of the three Ascott hotels we stayed in too. Except for the location, which is 30 mins. from the major Suzhou attractions, everything else was excellent. Staff are polite and helpful. Check-in and -out fast. 1. Check in: Fast, smooth, hassle-free. Staff spoke excellent English.
2. Getting there: We had the name and address written in Chinese so the taxi driver found it easily. Otherwise I think most of the taxi drivers didn't really know this hotel's name or location.
3. Room: BEAUTIFUL!!!! I wish my home was decorated the same way!!! Everything's there! Nothing's...
