GREAT location. Central location makes for easy strolling for shopping, eating and watching movies. Rooms are priced a bit higher than the local Chinese hotels but the location makes up for it. Hotel staff are very professional and helpful in offering ideas for touring the area. Nearest airport at Wuxi is just 40 mins away by car. More

The hotel was great, from the check-in staff to the maid service. There was a lot of construction on the street, however the room was still very quiet. I guess as a result of the construction, finding a taxi was a bit difficult. They were never available near the hotel. More

When we checked in (the night of June 26), the counter reception staff(male) gave us a very cordial reception, besides he reminded us to take umbrella if we went out, since there were showers suddenly at that time. He warmed us. Many thanks. More

Sofitel is my favourite hotel chain. unfortunately this one is the exception to the rule. The rooms are 'okay' but the restaurant did not have enough saucers for guests, and that was if you could get a coffee or tea, and wasnt really worth the trouble.
