Almost too big and impressive for a " personal experience" this is a nicely themed hotel that I have visited on avarage twice per year for since 2009. Breakfast and bar staff are very helpful and the view over the lake on a good day is a nice start to the day.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and it is wonderful experience, however the buffet is no longer good value and the food is always Luke warm never hot. Near Suzhou Industrial Park, convenient for business travelers. Spacious room with big bathroom and great bathtub to relax after a long work day! Buffet and breakfast generally ok but staffs are not proficient with English so patience is needed.
