Thank goodness we only had one night here. When we walked into the room, you could not help noticing the filthy carpet covered in stains. Our toilet was blocked, but after reporting it to staff at the reception, it was soon cleared and working again. The view out of our window was of roof tops. Perhaps we were just unlucky... More

The service is ok in this hotel , they really tried to make our stay good. But the cleaning service in the room is not good , the breakfast is bad , they dont really speak english and the hotel is too far away from everything. I will never come back. thanks

Extremely helpful staff when staff member spoke fluent English, but that was true only some of the time. Room adequate but near one of the most "tired" gardens. The gardens are quite pretty, with little bridges, ponds and fish. we had two rooms, neither of which was great. Not sure I would want to stay more than a night here as this would be rated a 3 star hotel in the States.........however, it was decent for a one night stay. Room was a bit small and the breakfast buffet (included in tour price) was good. Location was not great.
