This hotel had great service. We only spent one night here but we arrived late and the staff arranged all of our onward travel (up the river to Chongqing). It would have been a struggle without their assistance. Good location. Can absolutely recommend staying here.
We had made reservations on C-Trip and given a rate. This hotel would not honor the rate and told us that we would have to pay double the amount (in cash).
