Although they claim they are they certainly don't live up to that standard! The service was terrible not at all friendly. We could not adjust our room temperature and endured three nights of unbearable heat as the temperatures are base on the whole floor and they did not decrease it even after we asked that they did.

Best hotel for its price. Excellent rooms , great bath room with shower & tub.Stayed in 14 th floor room with good view of the city.
