Stayed here 4 nights with 1 other family. The room was spacious but furnishings were tired and worn out. Heating system was excellent, a must in frigid Harbin. The best part of this hotel was the food - breakfast buffet and the main restaurant all had excellent quality, freshly prepared food. The hotel touts it's "celebrity chef" and posts pictures...

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had! The walls are paper thin and the windows do not keep out the street noise. I was on a "non smoking" floor and yet there were plenty of people smoking. The beds are rock hard, which I know is common in Asia but these were particularly bad. And...

My room was large and luxurious. The maid always left to room very clean and a bowl of fresh fruit was always waiting. The room temperature was perfect.
Internet access was simple and effective.
The bathroom was large and comfortable, All fixtures the very familiar American Standard brand.
The staff spoke enough English I could communicate effectively.
