This is one of the newer hotels in Harbin. Great staff with front desk that speaks English. Great location next to shopping and lots of restaurants. (For a good Western/Russian meal, try Portmans one block away.) Clean and comfortable room. (Some stains on rug, no big deal) Good Western/Chinese breakfast buffet. Paid $85 U.S. a night for 2 room suite.
