Where shall I start? A four star hotel???? What a laugh! Smoky, ugly, uncaring, and EXTREMELY DIRTY!!!!!!!!! Check in took forever. They made us pay a large sum of money as security for the mini-bar items. They first led us to a room in which people were still there (!) and then took us to another (in which the mini-bar was NON-EXISTENT). Everything was smoky and dirty (even though supposedly clean). The carpet had HUGE black spots all over it. It had probably never been shampooed! There was a HUGE clump of hair on the carpet. When I alerted housecleaning about it, they simply picked it up with their hand and thought that was fine. Then when I insisited on a vaccuum cleaner, they got one that was barely working and tried to spot clean! The vaccuum got up nothing and there was no mention of a shampoo. And of course, no apologies. The hotel is FAR from the "river" and therefore you have to take taxis. (The taxi drivers are ripping you off every chance they get!) Do NOT... more
