Average hotel, looking a bit worn out. Ready for refurbishment. Some stains on the carpet and mould on the bathroom walls. The AC fan started rattling at about 5am. Avoid the European restaurant. Had the pork chop which was terrible. Really tough and tasteless. Definitely not worth the price tag.

Good Service, friendly and well trained staff for China. Rooms not too big, but newly furnished with big Flat TV screen. Bathroom has standard size with rain shower. Air-condition works fine. Western Restaurant has good quality food.

I was in Harbin for a Buisness Trip. The staff were untrained and not fluent in English. The value for money was poor compared to other hotels I've stayed in and everything else was just average, the overall stay was average not much more and not what I would expect from a respected company.
