The rooms were too warm but truth be told, we found this to be true everywhere we went in Harbin...restaurants, cars, shopping centers. Shangri-La Hotel Harbin is one of the best in Harbin, if you have membership, you can go into horizon club and get free refreshments which is always good after a freezing day outside. More

This is by far the best hotel in Harbin. Great location, great staff. Only thing is that the rooms seem quite small for the price and for being Horizon Club rooms, but other than that, great hotel! More

Harbin's Shangri-la Hotel deserves the accolades heaped on it. Travelers can be an over fuzzy and even mean lot but they should at the same time give credit where credit is due.
