Lobby staff speaks English. Hotel is conveniently located near Youyi Lu (Where Walmart and other shopping centre is) also near St Sophia Church. Next building there is a supermarket named 'Mykal' at the basement where you can get many stuffs. Hotel is also near the Harbin railway station (take taxi and pay 10 yuan)

Nice hotel with clean functional rooms. It is in a good location near shops restaurants and one of the ice shows in winter. The staff didn't speak great English and were more interested in selling you things than giving you information. I'd stay there again.
