This hostel is NOT available to foreigners. This reflects a city attitude restricting foreigners to middle and upper level hotels. I made a booking through UTELS the chain they belong to, but when I arrived late at night I was turned away. DO NOT book here. The hostel staff were not polite, even my Chinese friends helping me said so.
