This hotel is located in a resort locale and the decoration is supposed to be a fanciful interpretation of the black forest. The result is a cheesy decor that is a bit odd, and already falling apart in places even though the hotel is relatively new. As the other English reviewer stated, this is Oasis O City Hotel in the Interlaken OCT area. Black Forest is the translation of the hotel's Chinese name.
We enjoyed our one night stay in November 2011.
The reception staff are very helpful, while some have less English-speaking skills than others, all of them try to help out in any way...

The other English name for this hotel (if you're reading the signs) is Oasis O City Hotel in OCT East. The Chinese name when translated into English is Hotel Black Forest Either way, Chinese name or English name, the taxi drivers won't know where this taxi is.
