We really enjoyed our stay in Hotelin Hotel. The bed are firm and comfortable (not the usual China type of mattress which is very firm) Buffet breakfast was a good mix of local and western style food, which my children love.
Located on the island of Gulang Yu (just a 5 minute ferry ride from Xiamen) Hotelin is lovely. It is a 10 minute walk from the ferry terminal and it is an easy walk, even with luggage. We stay there few times already. overall, it's good. we love to wake up by the birds sing and the sounds of fountain outside. Good service from receptionst, bell to housekeeper and the girls in resturant. the quality of breakfast is not the same level with hotel, hot dish is too oil and less options.
