Loved the hotel and a lovely Westin. Fantastic location in the city centre. Great gym and swimming pool and really nice staff, especially in the lobby. Ask for toom overlooking the park. Well worth it.

I am a Platinum member of SPG, but our benefits are not considered. I found some dirty dishes in the restaurant, and sometimes the towels in the bathroom were dirty. There is a ban on smoking inside, but many people smoke, and the staff does nothing to prevent it. I've stayed at many SPG hotels, but this is the worst.

Brand new, clean and efficient. The staff are smiley and friendly, disarmingly courteous and seem to genuinely care about the guests. This hotel is in a great location for business travelers. The facilities are modern and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has great offerings. I wish the wifi was readily available. Otherwise I had a perfect stay.
