Good hotel for the region european 3 star std. internet was no good but rest was very good. i would stay there again.

Nice, clean hotel located on the water and about 5 minutes from the center of town. The reataurant is nice and features a good breakfast selection. I stayed there as part of a tour package but noticed the posted prices in the lobby (~$120-150) which I thought was a good value given that the rooms were modern, spacious and clean.

Nice hotel great view wonderful staff. Stayed here on a business trip for a week. Will stay again for sure.

returned to the hotel after 3 years. great location view to magallean staight. rooms big clean. restaurant good food. staff recommended to rent a car. i would definetly come back .

Standard Diego de Almagro offering - and had a view of the strait which was nice. Rooms looking tired. Much better option is the new Dreams hotel. Breakfast offering is reasonable.

The reception was a disaster. Took them 30 minutes to find our reservation on check in and then on check out took 45 minutes to check out because the charged us double for our room and could not figure out how to fix it. Food at dinner was really inferior.
