We stayed for one week in a long trip through Patagonia. This Hotel is very well located, in the center of the city, being the perfect base to explore Punta Arenas. It is at walking distance of many important points, and you can book trips to penguin colonies, zodiac boat trips, and walk to very nice restaurants and other city... More

The rooms are pleasant and clean if a little drab. The restaurant was empty but ok. The location is quite good being right in the centre of Punta Arenas but then again there is no real advantage of being in the centre as the town has few attractions. Overall a reasonable choice if you have to stay in Punta Arenas... More

We stayed for a week because of the earthquake in central Chile and the limited air service from Punta Arenas thereafter. The hotel is built like a castle with thick walls. Hence it was really quiet despite the fact tat we were in the front of the hotel on one of the main shopping streets. The staff was quite friendly... More

We did a great deal of walking around Punta Arenas and found the location to be great. The rooms were clean, quiet and the staff very friendly. We were given a room with 2 double beds and it was not an issue requesting a new room with a queen. It is not luxurious but certainly suitable. The cafe/ bar in... More

Rooms were OK. We snagged the last two rooms one afternoon and it was sold out our first stay in town so I might suggest you make advance reservations. There is some off street parking but they let us keep our truck right under the canopy by the front door. Elevator worked fine. Breakfast was a let down and somewhat... More

We spent only 1 night here. The room was clean and well furnished and spacious. we had the room for 3 people. The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. . The included breakfast buffet was very good with good food and good service. The location was also very good. It was on the main street for restaurants... More

This is a descent place to stay, a regular tourist accomodation, with a good pub/cafe downstairs. Excellent for a nice coffee or beer. Since the rest of Punta Arenas can be a bit boring this is a good place to have nearby. The room was clean and modern and had a nice view over the shoppinbg street downstairs. The only... More
