The bad thing about this place is they didn't care about the visual impact of the building in the city of Punta Arenas. There are practically no tall buildings in the city and this one is located right in the shore front.

I booked a room at this hotel through Hotels.com back in February. Then on February 15th I cancelled the reservation. This was way before the 24 hour cancellation policy that the hotel has being that the room was reserved for April 21. On April 23rd a charge showed up on my credit card for this hotel. I tried working with...

Modern glass edifice with spacious rooms and nice view of Straits of Magellan. The large bathroom was impressive--separate tub and shower with rainforest shower-head as well as other spouts if you want all over body spray. The front desk was friendly and helpful by giving us good restaurant suggestions and telling us how to exchange money in the casino. The...

Stayed here for one night before heading out on our Tierra Del Fuego cruise. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The waiter in the Sky Lounge gave us a great recommendation for dinner. Our room was clean and of a modern design, like a W hotel. The breakfast was included in our rate and it was very good...

Because we were unable to go to Torres del Paine due to the bushfire, we decided to treat ourselves with a nice hotel for the days around New Years Eve. The casino-hotel is a totally misplaced glass and concrete structure at the waterfront, not matching at all with the nice small buildings in this end of the world town, but...

We spent two nights and had a very nice room with sea view. Staff is very friendly and was very supportive to get my luggage, which was delayed by Lan Chile. The hotel is well located and is a great place to start your Patagonia trip.

Best hotel by far in Punta Arenas in my experience - I have stayed at some others over the years when going to and from the Falkland Islands - but this place is new. Rooms are very large, comfortable, and have a designer feel to them. The electronic blinds between the room and bathroom are a bit of a novelty....

We stayed at Dreams hotel for two nights. The room and the view were just perfect. The classical music was played in the bathroom and it was really nice. The location couldn't be better if you want to explore Punta Arenas for a day or two this is the place to stay. The staff were nice and friendly. The only...
