Booked this hostel/hotel from puerto natales the night before and told them I would be in around midnight. The taxi dropped me in a sketchy neighborhood and the driver told me this place was "no bueno." When I enter the lobby, no one to be found. I had to call out from an empty lobby until someone poked their head... More

AWFUL!! My husband made the reservation from Santiago de Chile, and everything was ok. “An excellent "no frills" option”

Hotel Hain is about as basic as you get in terms of accommodations. That said, the beds were the most comfortable we slept in during our three weeks in Chile, the customer service was excellent and the interior decor delightfully whimsical. The location in a little out of the way but still relatively close to the center of things.
