We were upgraded to a double with private bathroom for free (usually 50% more expensive) so we could be away from children that were staying, without us asking. Small, clean, friendly, good breakfast, very helpful. Kept a good "e-mail" attitude when I kept changing the days of my stay. A good base if you want a private room/more privacy than provided at Erratic Rock. All good.
