We only had one night in this hotel and found it to be modern, clean, quiet, well-equipped and friendly. Our bathroom was very modern and spotlessly clean, It is well positioned in town with a short walk to restaurants and shops.

A small hotel tastefully decorated... appears to be fairly new. Spacious rooms good linen.Friendly english speaking reception staff . Good breakfast served till 10am Exellent wi fi reception. Close to amenities

Stayed in the hotel one night on our way to Torres Del Paine. Clean and conforatble hotel located close to the central square of Natales. The room was clean and confortable. Wi-fi worked OK. Very nice hotel, I stayed there with my wife in march fo only one night.I booked through booking.com, at the reception desk we had to explain what booking.com was and had to give copies of passport and credit cards...not a very common custom in such hotels.
