Excellent option in Puerto Natales. It's very welcoming and the decoration is so cozy that makes you feel like at home. Rooms are small but very relaxing and guarantee a total rest. This place is really a top notch B&B and I will not hesitate to use it again. Highly recommended. I have to mention that they helped us out... More

We found this B&B to be an extremely well run operation with wonderful breakfasts, comfortable rooms, and friendly owners. They were extremely helpful in putting together excursions for our group of 8 as well as surprised us our first day there with "munchies" around happy hour time. We would stay there again. Very mixed feelings about Keoken. It is pretty close to the boat dock and the centre of town. The owners are really helpful and friendly, organised a day tour of Torres del Paine for us and bought our tickets for the bus to Punta Arenas. Breakfast is good. But our room was a little odd with single beds end-to-end pretty... More

Overall we were very disappointed – definitely not worth the US$135 per night that we paid. We chose & reserved a twin room through the official Keoken web site which clearly shows a picture of what the room would be like. On arrival however we were shown to a twin room at the back of the building, two beds lined... More

Dear guests, we are sorry to read about your discomfort. But also, try to understand the context of where you stayed. You stayed in a historical house owned and operated by locals. Not a concrete building owned by a hotel chain. Nevertheless, we are always putting great attention to detail, reason why we have quality beds in our rooms, feature... More

There is no shortage of places to eat and sleep in Puerto Natales. It seems every street has either a restaurant or lodging on offer. We chose to stay at Keoken B&B which is conveniently situated just over 2 blocks away from the central square, and 1 block up the hill from the waterfront. It's a small B&B with only... More

I would echo the comments of a number of other reviewers - the owners were extremely helpful, they helped us with bus tickets from Punta Arenas airport, bus tickets to TDP, planning and logistics for TDP, calling taxis, points of interest in town etc. All this was very valuable for someone with limited Spanish skills such as myself. Owners spoke... More

Rodrigo is the reason to stay here. He's wonderful (as many other reviewers have pointed out) and will help with anything you need. The rooms are spotlessly clean and very comfortable, but several are fairly small. A few have nice views of the lake and mountains. Breakfast is simple but ample - toast, cereal, fruit, yogurt, coffee, ham, cheese, cake.... More

Location is great; we walked from the Navimag dock to the house in about 10 minutes. They are located away from the main street and town square on a quiet street. Rodrigo and Gloria are friendly, helpful and have created a homey environment for their guests. They work hard and it pays off. Breakfast was abundant (they have peanut butter!)... More

We stayed here for 3 nights (2 in one room and 1 in another; the price was the same, although the 2nd room was smaller). The hosts are very friednly and like to chat, and inform you about things. They can book you the bus journey from Punto Arenas airport to Puerto Natales, if you want, for a fee. Breakfast... More

My husband and I stayed at Keoken in December 2012. We arrived late and were on a tight schedule of getting to Torres Del Paine the next day. Gloria and Rodrigo booked our coach tickets and gave great advice for booking our coach back to Punta Arenas. The B&B is clean, comfortable, quiet and there's a nice breakfast. Their help... More
